Muchenje Lodge is located to the northeast corner of the Forest Reserve in Chobe National Park, a strong area for elephant viewing in particular. The camp comprises ten wooden chalets overlooking the Chobe floodplain.
This is the only decent lodge option for people overlanding through Chobe between the Northern Waterfront and Savuti areas.
We no longer operate overland safaris through this busy area and so have little demand for this lodge. Very occasionally we might include it in a flying safari if we are very short of availability or really trying to throttle down hard on cost.
