Located just outside the northern border of the park, Deception Valley is a comfortable and well hosted lodge, presently the best in the Central Kalahari area.
During the rainy season (Nov/Apr) there can be reasonable game in these parts, but for the remainder of the year the lodge focusses more on its Bushman interaction experience.
We tend to use this lodge only rarely since the experience on offer here is for most guests insufficient to divert them from the richer game areas of Okavango and Linyanti.
