Kgalagadi
Kgalagadi is a remote part of southwest Botswana which together with the adjoining Gemsbok National Park on the South African side of the border, makes an enormous protected area of the Kalahari desert.
Landscapes here are big and open. Game is sparce. Safari is subtle.
In fact the attractions of Kgaligadi are a little too subtle for most tastes and the logistics of getting here too tough ... there are no lodges or facilities, so visitors need to be in a completely self-sufficient convoy.
We are not presently operating safaris into this area.
