Camp Kalahari is located on the edge of the Makgadikgadi salt pans in central Botswana.
We have been advised that due to problems relating to the goverment concession for the area, this camp will be closed until April 2009 at the earliest.
Camp Kalahari will provide a mid-price solution in this area, considerably cheaper than the top end Jack's Camp and San Camp, but a lot more pricey than the Planet Baobab and Ntwetwe Pan Bivouac option.
