Jack's Camp is the original lodge out on the salt flats of Makgadikgadi. When it first opened everyone thought they must be mad, but over the years the camp has successfully demonstrated how fascinating and hypnotic this vast emptiness can be. This is a very cool place.
June to November we tend to use Jack's only in longer safaris, after maybe 7 to 10 nights in the more productive game areas of Okavango and Linyanti. December to May however can see large migration herds passing through the area and we often include the camp after just 5 or 6 nights in those other areas.
