Moklowane is a large private concession area to the south of the Okavango Delta.
We know very little about this area, which probably means that it is a hunting concession and therefore of no interest to us until it is converted to photographic safari, which presumably will not be long the way things are thankfully headed.
Latest news is that the previous defunct Moklowane Camp is presently under refurbishment and expected to reopen during 2009. It will have five treehouse rooms and will offer walking, mokoro and horseback safari. More as we get it.
