Kanana Mokoro Trail is located in the excellent Nxabega Concession to the south of the Okavango Delta.
Extending over three days, the trail explores the waterways and islands by canoe and foot, staying at a tiny remote camp deep in the delta.
Along with the similar but more pricey
Xigera Mokoro Trail, this is basically an upmarket version of the original Okavango experience, retaining the sense of adventure but upgrading the quality of both location and service. If you are up for a bit of camping then this is surely the best water-based safari in Botswana.
