Vumbura is an excellent private concession area to the northern side of the Okavango Delta.
The area has a reputation for being one of the very best for game-viewing, with a wide range of both predator and prey species.
There are also excellent water areas, with extensive floodplains June to October and deepwater channels year round.
Little Vumbura Camp is the smaller and simpler of the two lodges and is also the wetter, with a good mix of wet and dry safari year round. The super-luxury Vumbura Plains Camp is in a much drier area and concentrates much more on land based safari.
