Lion King Camp is located in the Samburu game reserve in northcentral Kenya.
The camp is located on the north bank of the Ewaso Ngiro river close to the bridge. It is extremely rustic, with a handful of simple tented rooms serviced by a separate long drop toilet.
When we visited the whole place was dirty and rundown, in fact it seemed to be barely operational. And the camp manager was fast asleep in the middle of the morning.
