Rekero Tented Camp is located at the confluence of the Talek and Mara rivers, overlooking a hippo pool, in the heart of the Maasai Mara reserve in southwest Kenya.
This seven roomed mobile camp is personally hosted by Gerard and Rainee Beaton, along with partner Jackson Ole Looseyia. Good taste, personable hosting and excellent guiding combine to make this one of the very best camps in the Mara.
The only downside is that this area can experience a fair amount in inward traffic in high season, but the guides are well used to avoiding the worst of this to ensure an absolutely top quality experience.
