Longonot Ranch House is located 9km to the south of Lake Naivasha in the Rift Valley of southwest Kenya.
The house is set on the 32,000ha Kedong private ranch, a relatively wild ranchland straddling Mount Longonot, Hell's Gate and Naivasha. This is a homestay hosted by the Church family, with just 3 guest rooms detached from the main house. The ranch specialises in game-drives, horse-riding and walking.
A very pleasant place with a nice houseparty atmosphere and relatively good value for the area. The only real downside is the level of development between here and the lake.
