Naivasha Holiday Inn is located on the southeast shore of Lake Naivasha in the Rift Valley of southwest Kenya.
Contrary to the preconception of a Holiday Inn, this is a rather intimate little place, situated in pleasant acacia forest back from the lake and largely colonial in style.
Of course it is the industrialisation of this part of the lakeshore which is the biggest deterent to staying anywhere on this side of the lake these days. Additionally, since we no longer recommend road safaris into this heavily developed Central Rift Valley area, it is rare that we find occasion to use a lodge in this area.
