Naivasha Sopa Lodge is located on the southern shore of Lake Naivasha in the Rift Valley of southwest Kenya.
Sopa is a chain of large motel lodges which caters for the middle-market packaged safari customer. This lodge has around 60 rooms arranged along the lakeshore.
Of course it is the industrialisation of this part of the lakeshore which is the biggest deterent to staying anywhere on this side of the lake these days. Additionally, since we no longer recommend road safaris into this heavily developed Central Rift Valley area, it is rare that we find occasion to use a lodge in this area.
