Kaya Mawa Lodge is located on the southwestern tip of Likoma Island to the eastern side of Lake Malawi.
With ten very comfortable rooms, this luxury lodge is undoubtedly the leading location on the lake. Apart from relaxing, the main activities are diving, snorkelling and sailing. Better than all that is the fact that guests can meet and interact with the members of this wonderful island community, who derive considerable benefits from the presence of the lodge.
As well as including this in a longer Malawi trip, we quite often use it at the end of a safari in Zambia's South Luangwa.
