Hilltop House is located on a hillside in a reasonably pleasant suburb to the northeast of Windhoek city centre.
This is a very low key but decent quality suburban guesthouse. The original colonial house, which dates back to around 1915, has been converted to contain six rooms. There is also a small pool and garden from which there are views across the northern suburbs of the town to the hills beyond. It is a simple place, friendly and concientious, but without the facilities you would expect in a more conventional hotel.
We tend to use Hilltop House when we cannot get availability at Heinitzberg or Olive Grove.
