Waterberg Wilderness Lodge is tucked away in a pretty little valley on the south side of the Waterberg Plateau.
It is a essentially a converted farmhouse which offers simple accommodation in 11 rooms. The lodge caters mainly for German self-drivers. A good base from which to hike up onto the plateau.
We rarely include Waterberg in our trips and even rarely include this lodge, which we find to be a rather unattractive despite its nice location.
