Ngandu Safari Lodge is located close to town of Rundu, on the south bank of the Kavango river in northeast Namibia.
This large complex was opened in 1998. It has around thirty of these rather uninspiring chalets, as well as substantial facilities including bar, restaurant and pool. Aimed at the South African self-drive market, the place has more the atmosphere of a holiday camp than a safari lodge.
Since we do not recommend the long road trip through northeast Namibia and along the Caprivi Strip, we are yet to include this lodge in one of our trips.
