Skeleton Coast Camp is incredibly remotely located in the fabulous Skeleton Coast North concession of northwest Namibia.
This very famous camp is actually a pretty simple affair, a kind of cosy version of an Antarctic Research Station. The emphasis here is not on the lodge but on the access that it gives you to this amazing area. The lodge can only be accessed by light aircraft on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so stay duration is 3 or 4 nights.
Because of the high cost we actually end up booking Skeleton Coast Camp relatively rarely, a lot of our guests opting for the rather simpler Research Camp around the corner.
