Skeleton Coast Research Camp is incredibly remotely located in the fabulous Skeleton Coast North concession of northwest Namibia.
Located just around the corner from the more illustrious Skeleton Coast Camp, this camp is a simple dome tented affair. The lodge can only be accessed by light aircraft on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so stay duration is 3 or 4 nights.
We actually tend to use Research Camp rather more than the main camp ... given the price differential guests are often willing to rough it a little for these few days.
