Kapps Hotel is located in the centre of the town of Luderitz on the southern 'diamond coast' of Namibia.
This is probably the oldest hotel in the town, having been opened around 1910 and originally owned by the Luderitz family themselves. Although the historic nature of the building does give it some potential, this is not being fulfilled at present.
