Ababis Farm is located at the bottom of the Remhoogte Pass south of Solitaire in the North Namib desert of southwest Namibia.
This is a working farm, which appears to have simple old-fashioned guest accommodation, but there has never been anyone around when we have passed through. Too far away to use as a base for Sossusvlei, but in a reasonable position for hiking in the Naukluft.
We are yet to make a reservation at this lodge.
