Namib Naukluft is located to the west of the main C19 road south of Solitaire in the North Namib desert of southwest Namibia.
This is one of a handful of lodges which has attempted to bring sleek modernist design into the desert and has not really fully delivered. The result is rather uninspiring and much more in the style of a roadside motel than a genuine lodge.
We are yet to find a set of circumstances which would encourage us to include this lodge in a trip.
