Betesda Lodge is located close to the C19 road in the rocky desert adjacent to Sossusvlei in southwest Namibia.
This is a simple motel type lodge catering for self-drivers. Rooms are rather basic rooms and there is a large campsite. The main building has a bar, restaurant and pool. Guests can visit Sossusvlei either under their own steam or as a guided trip, as well as going quad-biking, ballooning, walking and horseriding.
Betesda Lodge is very much a second choice behind Desert Homestead but is probably the best bet in this price range when the latter is full, usually for 2 to 3 nights.
