Prisessen Ruprecht is located in the historic quarter of Swakopmund in west Namibia.
This hotel is housed in the old German hospital. High walls and security fences make the place appear more like a prison than a hospitality establishment. Add to this a rather cold welcome from the security guard and that is about as close as we got to inspecting the place.
