Mowani Mountain Camp is located in the heart of the Twyfelfontein area of western Namibia.
Situated in an amazing boulder strewn valley, the dome thatch roofs of the central buildings are impressive, as are some of the 13 rooms, perched amongst the rocks. From here guests are able to visit rock art and geological sites, go in search of desert elephant and walk amongst the spectacular upland scenery.
Although we love the location and design of Mowani, we do find the prices to be a little steep, which sees us using the nearby Doro Nawas rather more often.
