Lagoon Lodge is located in the port of Walvis Bay in west Namibia.
This French owned guesthouse is situated along the seafront, overlooking the lagoon, where, once the fog clears, flamingoes provide the entertainment against the backdrop of cranes and wharf buildings of the commercial harbour. All of the rooms here are different in character and have private bathrooms. There is a small pool in the back garden. Probably the best option in Walvis.
We very rarely find occasion to include Walvis Bay in a trip, usually preferring to use a base in Swakopmund when including this coastal section in a self-drive trip.
