Swaziland is an independent country surrounded on three sides by South Africa and bordered to the east by Mozambique. This small nation is the only absolute monarchy in Africa and is noticeably more tribal and the people on the whole are very friendly.
Most of our guests visiting Swaziland do so whilst self-driving between Kruger in the north and the Elephant Coast to the south.
Whilst it is possible to traverse the country in a single day, there are just a few accommodation options which might tempt you to linger, most notably in the mountains of the Northwest or around the royal capital of Lobamba in the Ezulwini Valley.
