Manta Reef is located on the northwestern tip of Pemba Island off the coast of Tanzania.
Back in the late 1980's this place was a wild and wonderful little tented camp in a stunning wild location, the only half sensible place to stay on Pemba. Since then the lodge has growing in size but not necessarily in stature. The imagery should give you a decent idea of the mid-range levels of service and accommodation on offer.
If you want a really top end beach lodge on Pemba then we would suggest the pricey but wonderful Fundu Lagoon. If you want a lower cost base for diving and exploring then Kervan Saray Beach may be a better bet.
