Sunrise Hotel is located on the southeast coast of Zanzibar island in Tanzania.
This is a small Belgian owned hotel just to the north of the village of Bwejuu.
Although the build is decent and service levels reliable, overall the place seems to be surprisingly lacking in island authenticity given its size.
Although we have actually stayed here in the past, we have never found it sufficiently inspiring to recommend to guests.
