Considering that Paje Paradise is located just north of the main road junction, its feels like quite a forgotten backwater. The lodge is owned and run by an expat Chinese lady, who has been here for longer than we can remember. It is a simple place, but with some nice oriental touches and a pretty nice section of beach.
On the whole the place is too small and simple for us to book, but what puts us off more than anything is the dogs, which have a free run of the place and want to sniff your privates all the time. We even got bitten on one occasion ... he may have been reading our minds.
