Kisima Ngeda is the only camp of any consequence in the Lake Eyasi area.
It is a pretty decent rustic style camp, built close to the shore of the lake itself, amongst a grove of acacia and palm trees, a nice quiet base from which to explore.
The main activity here is interaction with the Hadzabe hunter-gatherer tribes, the remnants of which inhabit the forests around the lake.
We tend to use Kisima Ngeda Camp only rarely, mainly because we remain unconvinced that this interaction is positive for the Hadza people.
