Manyara Bivouac is located inside Manyara National Park in Northern Tanzania.
This is a light mobile camp of simple dome tents with stretcher beds and basic ablution facilities, set out specially each time, for any group size, usually for a single night stop.
Manyara Bivouac is the best way to appreciate the real atmosphere of this place ... all the day traffic disappears by mid afternoon, leaving guests alone in the park.
But in reality we tend to do this quite rarely, most guests preferring to spend more time camping in the wilder areas of Serengeti.
