Faru Faru Lodge is located adjacent to the Central Serengeti in Northern Tanzania.
Notionally a more modest annexe to the lavish Sasakwa Lodge, this place is nevertheless one of the most luxurious small lodges in Tanzania.
In reality we find Faru Faru Lodge rather less appealing than the third camp in this group, Sabora Camp. All the bells and whistles are here, but overall the place feels a little disjointed for somewhere in this price band.
But still a decent enough option, especially if you prefer to be behind glass than under canvas.
