Serena is a range of large motel lodges which caters for the upper-middle-market packaged safari customer.
Mbuzi Mawe is one of Serena's smaller, slightly more upmarket camps. Located around 20km north of Seronera, the camp is away from the main visitor traffic, but it is also a fair way from the main game-viewing areas.
We occasionally use this lodge in our tailormade safaris for guests who need more conventional comforts than a simple tented camp can provide, although getting availability is usually a bit of a mission.
