Lake Masek Tented Camp is located in the southwestern sector of Serengeti national park in northwest Tanzania.
Set above the more easterly of the two saline lakes in the Ndutu area, this relatively large permanent camp has twenty large tented rooms on raised decks, plus a similarly styled central mess. Activities are limited to daytime gamedrives.
Although Lake Masek Tented Camp is a perfectly decent facility, it does not have the same small camp atmosphere of the slightly more expensive
Olakira Ndutu Camp, whilst it is a lot more pricey than the similarly sized
Ndutu Lodge.
