Kia Lodge is a very pleasant little place located just a short drive from the international airport.
The main reason for the lodge's existence is the late arrival of the KLM flight from Amsterdam.
We rarely use this lodge since even for these late arrivals we generally prefer to get most guests on to one of the better lodges in Arusha, except for Kilimanjaro Rongai Route climbers who can go direct to Marangu.
