Lemosho 6B experiences considerably lower traffic than the
6A variant, but is disadvantaged by the fact that the third night is rather high, so is only suitable for trekkers known to cope well with altitude, hence the relatively low rating.
Trekkers who are very confident of their fitness and are keen to do a longer trek on this western side should look to the
Shira route.
Trekkers not so sure of their fitness or who cannot afford to extend to 7 nights should should look to the
Rongai route.
