Jimbiza Selous Lodge is located just outside the East Gate of the Selous Game Reserve in Southern Tanzania.
This is a decent mid-range lodge, built and serviced to a reasonably high standard.
A slight downside is that the lodge is close to a village adjacent to the park and consequently not in a game area, with safari being carried out in the busy eastern sector.
On balance Jimbiza is probably to a similar level but more intimate than nearby Rufiji River Camp and works well in combination with Lake Manze Camp further to the west inside the reserve.
