Chongwe River Camp is located on the western border of Lower Zambezi National Park.
Set on an idyllic river confluence, this is possibly the nicest situation of any camp in the area. Open April to November, the lodge is comfortable without being luxurious. The focus here is much more on the safari side and the game guiding is amongst the very best.
Chongwe River Camp is our usual first choice in this area ... it is refreshingly unpretentious, offers good price performance and generates reliably positive feedback from guests.
