Kasaka River Lodge is located in the Chiawa Game Management area between Chirundu and the Lower Zambezi National Park.
This eight room facility is quite a heavy build, so is definitely more of a lodge than a camp.
Although the price is rather attractive, we are yet to be convinced on the location, the lodge or the guiding and are yet to make a booking at the lodge.
Our advice to guests struggling with budget is usually to skip this park and spend longer in South Luangwa, diverting airfares into camps and thereby maintaining a higher quality of safari.
