Kapamba Camp is located on a tributary, 6km from the main river in the southern sector of South Luangwa National Park and offers a good mix of vehicle and walking safari.
Being open for a slightly longer season, May to December, the build is rather heavier and more weatherproof, but with just four rooms it retains a decently intimate atmosphere.
The camp is related to and therefore most often combined with nearby bushcamps Bilimungwe, Chamilandu, Chindeni, Gwala, Kuyenda and Zungulila, as well as basecamp Mfuwe Lodge in the central sector of the park.
