Flatdogs is located adjacent to the main Mfuwe Gate to the central section of the South Luangwa National Park.
Originally an overlander stop, the place has expanded over the years to also offer increasingly higher quality accommodation, with guests sharing a pleasant and lively central bar, restaurant and pool area.
But what makes Flatdogs much more than just a decent lower cost option is that for no extra charge our guests are able to head out on all day game-drives of up to 14 hours, to all corners of the park. For many guests this completely negates any shortcomings in the lodge location or build.
