Makalolo Plains Camp is located in Hwange national park in northwest Zimbabwe.
This mid-sized camp has ten large guest tents and a pleasant central area all raised up on decks and overlooking a very productive waterhole. The camp is set within its own private concession and conducts vehicle safari by day and night, walking safari and also has access to a number of excellent hides.
Makalolo Plains Camp is a great option, offering reliable gameviewing year round, but expecially June to October and excellent value for money compared with similar quality lodges in neighbouring countries.
