Even over the few years that we have been operating we have noticed huge changes in this direction.

Local staff are becoming increasingly skilled and educated, to such an extent that expat staff are now the exception rather than the rule. In their turn there is a real desire to see their children through the best possible education in order that they might climb even further up the ladder.

Combine this with massive strides in anti-corruption in most countries and the future is looking much brighter. Intelligent hard-working people are now able to access a good degree of upward social mobility, something which is such a critical component of long term progress for all.
