Our American office is located in Boulder Creek, which is in the San Jose Mountains about 3 hours south of San Francisco.
It is staffed by Sue and Jim Rintoul, Sue being our Tracey's sister and Jim her American hubby. In recent years Sue and Jim have been blessed with two little ones, which has kept them rather busy.
For this reason all our US and Canadian customers, who make up over 40% of our total, are presently being serviced out of our UK office, which we keep open late into the evening.

Sue and Jim's base is a genuine cabin out in the redwood forest, with some great hiking in the area, blacktail deer and banana slugs at the end of the garden.
