Our American office is located in Boulder Creek, which is in the San Jose Mountains about 3 hours south of San Francisco.
It is staffed by Sue and Jim Rintoul, Sue being our Tracey's sister and Jim her American hubby. Over the last 4 years Sue and Jim have been blessed with two little ones, which has kept them rather busy. For much of the period all our American customers have been serviced from our UK office, which has worked out just fine, although we are hoping to resume normal service shortly.

Sue and Jim's base is a genuine cabin out in the redwood forest, with some great hiking in the area, blacktail deer and banana slugs at the end of the garden.
