Jay is a Senior Safari Consultant extremely knowledgeable about most of the countries in East and Southern Africa.
Originally from Birmingham in England, after gaining a degree in sociology, Jay undertook a guide training course in South Africa.
For the next 8 years he worked in an impressive range of posts, managing a camp in the Sabi Sands, leading community and conservation projects in Swaziland and Malawi, guiding trips throughout Southern and East Africa and even a short stint managing a restaurant in Blantyre.
Jay joined ATR in September 2005.
