Amakhala Carnarvon Dale
is located the Shamwari area of the Eastern Cape region of South Africa.

Situated within the Amakhala fenced reserve which runs alongside the N2 highway for around 15km, to an average depth of only 3km. It largely comprises reclaimed farmland and is reasonably well stocked with game.

Set around 1km north of the N2, this historic farmstead dates back to 1857. It's a very authentic and personable place, with owners Roger and Maryan Hart personally hosting guests, with three rooms in two houses, homely public areas and a small pool.

Activities are centred around vehicle safaris and walking safaris.
