is located in the settlement of Tofo in the Inhambane
area in the Southern
region of Mozambique
This reasonably upmarket facility is set on a relatively tight plot at the back of the beach at the eastern end of the village. The main building contains comfortable lounge and dining areas, leading out to shady decks on top of a couple of the rooms, with views out across the beach.
Guest accommodation is in a total of 6 rooms, the best of which are the four Sea View Bungalows, supplemented by two lower cost Garden Rooms.
Activities include diving, snorkelling, marine safari, surfing, kayaking, walking and village visits, as well as some modest night life along the beach.
Access is usually via the airport at the nearby town is Inhambane, around 20 minutes away, but flights in and out of here are notoriously unreliable. We usually connect via the town of Vilanculos to the north, which is directly connected by air with the Kruger area of South Africa. From there it is a road journey of three to four hours down to the lodge.
