Cancellation of your trip


Whilst we often encourage guests to book their trips as early as they can, long lead times do inevitably increase the chances of cancellation.

Unfortunately we are obliged to pass on substantial cancellation charges, which increase the closer to departure date, as described in our terms and conditions of sale.

The most common reason for cancellation is ill-health amongst those travelling or their close relatives. Under these circumstances charges can usually be claimed back from your travel insurance.

In instances where costs cannot be claimed on insurance then the best option is often to re-book the trip for alternate dates, in which case many suppliers may waive the charges and we simply need to apply an amendment fee.

Please note that the part of the trip which represents our commission, usually around 20%, will rarely be refundable since we will have already incurred the vast majority of our costs by this point.

If you are ready to proceed with your cancellation then please email it to our Operations Department, we usually need confirmation in writing before we can go ahead.
