Fallen Baobab Camp
is located in the Okavango Sekwana area of the Okavango Delta in northern Botswana.

This mobile camp is operated by Uncharted Africa, a top end safari company best known for their three camps in the Makgadikgadi area of the country, namely Jack's Camp, San Camp and Camp Kalahari.

Up to the end of 2017 the camp has been operated as an exclusive facility for a single private group of up to 12 guests and has been rather pricey. But from the start of 2018 it will work more like a conventional camp and accept separate smaller groups of guests at a much reduced rate.

The camp is centred on a simple but lovely open-sided mess tent, equipped and serviced to the highest standards. Guest accommodation is in six traditional safari tents with outdoor bathrooms featuring bucket showers and unusual flush toilets.

Activities include vehicle safari, mokoro canoe safari, bivouac camping on remote islands and balloon safari.

Fallen Baobab Camp offers an unusually authentic and outdoorsy experience by Botswana standards and is a really attractive option for guests wanting to push the envelope a little and really experience the bush in a more intimate and immediate way.
